Dan for Model Number PBF1951HEW My freezer light switch is sticking, it appears to be from ice forming on it. The temp control knob won't stay set, after a short time after re-setting, it somehow works it's way back to the full "high" setting.
Answer Dan, The first thing to check is the freezer door alignment to the cabinet, It must be perpendicular to the refrigerator cabinet. Check and clean the door seal, and make sure theres nothing in the baskets pressing out on the door, or touching the control area. Also check the refrigerator door, and seal,especially the bottom portion and also check the bottom floor of the refrigerator for condensation or water. Read More...
