Brad for Model Number maytag mfd2560hes

I just bought a new ice cube maker from you and everytime it makes one batch of ice cubes the wire level moves up and it stops making ice. At first I thought it was the bracket hitting it when I close the door, but it's not. Did I install it wrong or is it a bad part? Please help! Thanks, Brad
