Rey for Model Number msd2756gew on our icemaker, it will stop the arm rotation and will not dump the ice. The ice sits on top of the ice maker and thats as far as it goes. We have to manually move the ice so that the rotation can complete. This happens OCCASSIONALY, and usually when we will need ice for extra company (the icemaker seems to know when this will be and stops the arm roation). I spoke to someone in the sales department and they said it was a "housing issue", but that the housing was not available as a seperate part anymore. What was the housing part number, and if I cant get the housing anymore, I have a dremmel and not afraid to use it :) , what can I do?
