Jamie for Model Number 106.9751720 The water to my ice maker never stops and overflows the entire ice bucket, causing a nice tidal wave onto my kitchen floor when the door is opened! Is it the valve or the ice maker?
Answer Hello Jamie. You will need to check and see if the icemaker is sending power to the valve. If there is no power there, but the water continues to run, you will need to replace the valve WP2315576. If there is power there, you will need to replace the icemaker. You can test this with a multi-meter MA-DM1. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
