Noreen for Model Number gd5shgxkto2 Our icemaker sometimes doesn't drop the whole load, one gets stuck and when that happens the water tries to come in and make another load of ice but backs up and freezes the line feeding water to the icemaker...what should we do???.
Answer Hello Noreen. Check and make sure the cubes are large enough and that the cubes are not hollow. If all is good, you will need to order and replace the icemaker. If the cubes are hollow, make sure the temperature inside the unit is at 0°. If the cubes are to small, replace the water valve and filter on the unit. Read More...
