Tom for Model Number Ksrs25q and ksrb25q Seems like water over flows when filling icemaker and cubes to freeze together in bin. Thank you. both these model numbers were on door. It's a kitchen aide side by side.
Answer Hello Tom, It sounds like the icemaker mold has started deteroirating or the icemaker fill cup is frozen from water seeping through water valve. You will want to remove icemaker and check the fill cup for ice. If no ice look at the mold of icemaker. If deteriorating you will want to replace the icemaker. Read More...
