Howard D. for Model Number 10654584400 We have an ice maker that freezes up on the inside. The Ice Maker has been replaced twice. How does the water get behind the face cover that holds the fan motor? We seem to get this problem about every six months. When it freezes up it make a loud noise.
Answer Hello Howard. Usually this is due to warm air entering the freezer either by a bad damper door on the dispenser or the door not being closed all the way.
