Dennis S for Model Number Amana M/N SRD25S5L My ice maker was cycling very slowly. Twelve hours or more between making batches of ice. We were using ice faster than it being made. When it did cycle it would properly discharge the ice and then fill the tray for the next batch well enough, but it would not eject the ice for a very long time. I ordered a replacement ice maker ( P/N AP4135008) the order sheet used P/N D7824706Q...The new ice make fit very well so I assume it is the correct replacement. However now I get no ice at all. The tray is not filling and so no ice. Any suggestions? Thanks
Answer Hello Dennis. Did you reinstall the bail arm on the new icemaker and pushed it down to turn the icemaker on? Also check and make sure the plug going into the icemaker is cliped and locked into place. Hope this helps. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, May 17, 2011
