Answer Hello Paul, This is going to be one of three things: Low water pressure will not close the water valve quickly enough and will cause the ice maker to over fill. A water inlet valve (AP4071513) that is failing will cause the issue. The last possibility is a set of contacts inside the ice maker (AP4135008) sticking.
