Alan for Model Number KitchenAid KP2671XBK I have been making pizza dough with my KitchenAid KP2671XBK Professional mixer and from time to time the drive shaft retaining clip comes out of the groove, the shaft pops up into the mixer and the motor "jams". The times this has happened I've been at the mixer and turned it off immediately. What do I need to repair this mixer? Does the clip get worn over time or is this the result of something else (like the gears or bearings getting worn and allowing too much play)? Thanks in advance! -Alan
