David for Model Number Admiral AAV7000AWW Rev 27 As my washer agitates, (especially with a full load) it makes a a screeching/rubbing noise as it stops and starts the agitation movements. Everything looks like it works fine other than this noise. If you run a small load with just a few items, it does not make the noise at all. I suspect the brake rotor to be defective, but that looks like it is only a fix about 5-6% of the time for this type of noise....? Any ideas on things to try? Is there a way to test the brake rotor? Also - if you change the brake rotor, does the brake stator and snubber ring need to be changed at the same time? Thanks
Answer Hello David. You will need to order and replace WP35-6714, WP21002026, and WP35-6918 on the unit. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, September 9, 2014
