Paul for Model Number WED6400SW0 I have a whirlpool Cabrio Dryer. It does not start. I have run diagnostics and receiver an F28 Error code. that code says that the moisture sensor is open, which I assume means that there is no continuity in the sensor and needs to be replaced. Is that true?
