Joseph for Model Number WED6200SW0 Dryer is overheating the clothes and stoped working. Try to start dryer it clicks and sensors light comes on but doesn’t operate. Replaced the thermal fuse and both thermostat also cleaned filter and housing and exhaust vent duct. Dryer started to work heating clothes but just before cycle finish it turn off. And will not come on again it blow the fuse again and clothes are to hot. What can be the problem thanks for your help.
Answer Joseph, Sounds like a stuck heater relay on the control board. Access your main control board and find a relay that has two wires going in it. One is black the other is red. Remove one wire and see if the relay reads closed with the unit off. This will be a continuity test. If it reads closed or continuity then replace the control. Read More...
