Kim for Model Number KUIC18NNXS0 Ice machine has a external pump, not gravity feed. Machine will make ice but will not drain. If we move the machine it drains. The hoses are not kinked, they are all clean with no clogs anywhere. Once we move the machine it could work for a couple days, then it stops draining again and we have to move it again. Is there a water level sensor that we can replace? We have replaced the pump about a year ago.
Answer Hello Kim, As bad as I hate to say it, the drain pump W11566407 has most likely failed again. The only other thing that will cause issues with the pump operation is if a hose is loose.
