Hello Terry, I would first dis-continue power to the unit, raise the top and look near the back for the high limit thermostat Y0316699. From the parts explosion this is where it is located, but I wouldn't be surprised if it were actually mounted on the back, since this is where most of these are mounted. If it tests good, you should check for 240Vac at the terminal block. Next go to the control and check from L1 to L2 for 240Vac. If it is present there, the control Y0315570 has probably had a relay on it to fail.
