Rosemary for Model Number 11047571600 F24 error code. According to Whirlpool site this is the water temperature sensor (NTC SENSOR). Part#W10467289. On Diagram you suggested to previous consumer that could not find location in washer as well, it was stated to look at #27 on diagram. I cannot find #27 on diagram that I clicked on that was attatched to question. Am I looking at correct diagram? Is there a site I can access on "How to" for this particular part?
Answer Hello Rosemary, This sensor is located in the front of the tub. It is labeled as part number 24 on the tub and basket parts illustration. You can access it by removing the kick panel.
