Paul, with the power cord unplugged, the broil element W11321472 and the bake element W10779716 would need to be tested for continuity to the oven frame. If there is continuity on either element, that part would need to be replaced. If there is no continuity, the oven sensor W10833885 would need to be tested for resistance and it should measure around 1100 Ohms at room temperature while increasing 2 Ohms for every 1 degree in temperature that it gets warmer. If these things test ok, the oven control WPW10586737 would be the cause of failure.
