Steve for Model Number w10073650 I have a one and half year old whirlpool gold series dishwasher. It will not drain the water at the end of the cycle. I took the drain pump off and wire it to 110 and it ran fine. I hit the cancel / drain button and it clicks and that all it will do. Do you know of other things for me to check?
Answer Hello Steve. Test for power to the pump. If there si power, it needs to be replaced. If there is no power, check wiring and replace control board if needed. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
