Greg for Model Number WDT710PAYM0 Machine is not heating. Tested element and found no resistance. Replaced element. Still no heat. Retested new element, tested good. Tested High-limit thermostat, tested good. Reinstalled and ran cycle again, still no heat. Tested voltage with multi-tester red lead to element terminal, and black lead to ground screw on washer chassis, getting only low voltage to element. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Greg
Answer Hello Greg. You will need to test and see where your losing the voltage to the element at. You will trace the wires backwards to locate where your losing the power at. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
