Gary for Model Number DU1100XTPQA I have a Quiet Partner II that is locked in a 7 blinks of clean cycle that continues even after a power reset. I do not want to spend a bunch of money on this 3 year old dishwasher. I did clean the sensor (#25) but it really wasn't very dirty. Do you folks have any other ideas? Is their a sensor reset combination of keys to recalibrate the sensor? It drains just fine. It just won't let me select any modes because it is stuck in this loop. Thanks in advance
Answer Hello Gary. You will need to test the heater W10518394 and the thermostat WP661566. They should read closed for continuity. The code you got was for water not reaching correct temperature. To clear the code, have the unit in stand by mode. Press heated dry, normal, heated dry, normal, within 6 seconds. The unit will start. Let it complete the cycle, the code is gone. Hope this helps.
