Dan for Model Number 665.13923k010 our Kenmore elite washer (665.13923k010) isn't draining fully. it does cycle, and drains some as i can hear it, but not all. and at end of cycle, there will be nasty, soapy/milky water left in bottom of washer. again, it does drain some, and has worked great till recently. One thing i also noticed that before i saw it wasn't draining, it seems to always leave soapy water/bubbles in bottom of pan. But ow, its just not draining (fully) I did replace the drain pump, but still get same result saw the turbidity sensor here---think that would do it? again, it seems to drain, but not fully. thoughts?
Answer Dan, check the drain line where it attaches to your house plumbing to see if there is some kind of restriction. Also, make sure the drain line under your sink is properly installed with a vacuum break to keep water from running back into the dishwasher. Read More...
