Jerry for Model Number KUDS30CXWH0 I've had this dishwasher for about two years. Recently, the control panel started acting up. Some of the buttons no longer functioned, e.g., ProScrub option. Also, the Normal cycle would get to the Rinse cycle and then Cancel / Drain and turn off. I could occasionally get it to complete a cycle.I then replaced the control panel and all the lights and cycles appeared to be functional, but the problem remained. I did attempt to replace the control board, but the one I purchased did not have the plug for the control panel display and I returned it. However, I did install it before I realized the plug issue and the original problem remained. At this point I ran diagnostics to no avail. My question is what else could be the issues. As I see it, there are only two other part I could replace: the main control board (W10380685) and the sensor (W10134017). Any help would be much appreciated.
Answer Jerry, Are you sure you seated the new control pnel ribbon into the connector on the control board tightly and properly ? Did you try conducting the diagnostics, before you replaced the control panel ? The sensor WPW10705575 shouldn't cause the dishwasher to cancel and shut down during a cycle, it will extend or decrease the length of the cycle based on the degree of soil in the water. Based on your post, the control board WPW10380685 is the likeliest issue. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, March 6, 2013
