Answer Matt, You will want to check the freezer temp. The temperature should be around 0 degrees and if it is not then the issue will most likely be a defrost issue. Check the coils in the freezer compartment for impacted ice on the coils. If this is occurring then there is a defrost issue. Test the heater and defrost bimetal.
