Diy Dave for Model Number Kenmore 106.51122210 At 4:11 in the repair video, after tightening the two 1/4-inch hex head screws of the upper mounting bracket, the tech is seen installing a mounting screw below the icemaker which didn't seem to be mentioned or shown when removing the old icemaker. When would this screw have been removed? Also - unrelated. I have received an OEM Whirlpool replacement icemaker, WPW10300022 (AP6019085), and there is a small stainless clip loose in the box. Might this be a replacement clip for the inline fuseholder? Thank you
Answer DIY Dave, The icemaker has a L-shaped bracket on the bottom and the screw would need to be removed to take the icemaker out.
