Sl for Model Number JGD8130ADS Jenn Air 30” gas cooktop One front burner when turned on after awhile will have a little explosion that turns the flame off but the gas is still on. When turning it back on the flames are orange. By turning on another burner, the burner with the issue will go back to blue flames. Second issue is one of the burner knobs unable to turn because there’s solid oil on the bottom. How do we resolve these two issues? Appreciate the help.
Answer Sl, For the issue of the knob not turning it sounds likely that the valve would need to be replaced. For the burner that is going out pull the orifices and clean them if this does not correct then replace the valve on that burner. Read More...
