J. C. for Model Number CSG9000CAB I have removed all of the screws from the bottom of the unit except for those holding the burner assemblies in place. I still can't remove the bottom to get to the area to replace the spark module. Any hint on how to get the bottom off so I can get access it?
Answer Hello J.C., You should take the top off, not the bottom. You see, everything is mounted to the bottom. Therefore, you should remove the top and the spark module will be accessible.
