Steve for Model Number HAV3460AWW The tub tilts and stays in any which way you push it. From what I understand I need a new snubber ring and 6 springs to stabilize the tub. My question is, the springs are so tight, How do you remove the old springs and how do I install the new springs? How do you get springs to stretch enough to take the old ones out and to put the new ones in? Thanks!
