Laurie A for Model Number KSSS36QKB01 I'm having issues with the ice dispenser dispensing ice properly. I have to push hard on the ice dispenser paddle/lever for the ice to dispense (the water side dispenses water perfectly). Ice machine produces plenty of ice, the bucket auger seems to work. What could be the issue, what parts should I be considering to replace? Thank you!
Answer Laurie, You will need to open the dispenser and check the bracket to make sure that the switch is not moving when the lever is pushed. If it is then replace the bracket.
