John for Model Number LNC6762B71 Went to change belt and the motor seems to almost have no tension. The motor seems to be basically flopping around. Could the motor spring be disconnected or loose and what do I need to remove to get to the motor spring?
Answer Hello John. No, it is suppose to be loose so the belt can slip. If it is to tight, major damage can happen and the unit will not work properly.
