Mark for Model Number 110.88752796 My wife complained her model 110.88752796 Kenmore washer/dryer in her salon was vibrating badly. I discovered to tub to be leaning towards the right. If found the back left spring to be screwed out a couple turns from the inner core portion of the assembly. I was able to screw the spring back on. The tub is now centered. Is this normal for this to happen? Is something loose that allows the spring to unscrew?
Answer Hi Mark. Rarley does it happen that a part loosens. The fact it is a stack unit play's a measure the weight alone. Make sure the unit is level front to back and side to side. Lock the leg level nuts up against the base after leveling. If they are loosening themselves, they are worn out and need replaced. Part # W10207783. Thank You. Read More...
