Rooster for Model Number MTB 2656GE First noticed, Freezer ice was wet, fridge area not cold, last night and back wall inside freezer was frosted, so cleaned out fridge & freezer, cleaned rear lower evaporator area fan does run. Shut unit off for good hour then notice water dripping out upper freezer door at bottom corner, not sure why that was!! Re started unit after about an hour, appears it ran all night now Freezer is cool++ but not real cold for making ice, Fridge is not very cool at all, the inside cabinet fan or fans are not moving air as normal. I have both settings at mid to upper range. Had no noticeable noises prior or performance / operational problems.
Answer Rooster, Check for ice or heavy frost on the back wall of the freezer, carefully press in on the back wall, see if you hear the ice and frost on the evaporator crunching. Sounds like a defrost problem. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, March 17, 2015
