Pmc for Model Number MAH21PNAWW During the spin cycle, the machine sounds like a jet engine. I suspect bearings going bad. Is this diagnosis correct? If so, I looked up what I thought was the necessary parts found W10181639 (AP4324795). Is this all I would need to reapir this machine, or do I need to replace the shaft. I was told the outer tub is needed to be replaced in other models, but this model # does not require that. Is that correct? Appreciate your help and expert advice.
Answer PMC, You may or may not need the support W10181639 you won't really know until you remove the spin basket and check the shaft. If the support arms are OK, and the shaft is not gauged, or has deep scratches, you won't need it.
