Edvan for Model Number WFW9200SQ00 Machine does not dispense fabric softener. We add liquid soap and fabric softener and run through the cycle. After it is complete the clothes are clean but when we open the dispenser drawer, the soap is gone but the fabric softener is still there. We removed the dispenser drawer and took it apart and cleaned all the parts. Then reassembled the drawer, then added more soap and fabric softener. Then ran another load of wash with the same results (i.e, soap was gone but fabric softener was still in the dispenser). Seems like no water is flowing into the fabric softener part of the dispenser drawer. What could cause this? Haven't seen any error codes show up.
