Victoria for Model Number WFW94HEXW2 When using liquid detergent I notice the detergent is leaking on the bottom outside panel of the washer. There is a blue detergent stain on the floor but very concentrated, not watery. When we use the detergent pods we do not see any type of liquid (water or detergent) leak on the panel or the floor. Can you advise which replacement part should be ordered? We have cleaned the dispenser unit and grey washer gasket and neither one appeared to have clogs or damage.
Answer Victoria, This issue would most likely be caused by a hose that is possible damaged and would suggest taking the main top off and inspecting the hoses.
