Butch for Model Number WFW95HEXW2 I am getting error code f08 e02 and have replaced dispenser motor (on my 3rd one now) , Control board, and finally the wire harness, based on this code, after all this I'm still getting the same f08 e02 error after about 4-6 minutes, and motor never turns arm and water never comes into the washer..I appreciate any help/direction someone can provide
Answer Butch, This issue sounds like the motor is not either not getting power to it or there is something with the arm not allowing the motor to turn. Maybe detergent build up or something like that. It would be recommended to make sure that the motor is getting power and make sure that there is nothing that would obstruct the motor from being able to turn the arm. If there is no power then the central control unit would be the issue and if there is power then there would be an obstruction or bad motor. Read More...
