Samantha for Model Number GHW9100LW1 I am getting error code F13. When I press the start button it makes a clicking noise where the dispenser motor is rotating and there is no water coming in. I have cleaned out everything, replaced the dispenser and the pump. No idea what to do next. When I run the diagnostic check, the water runs for a minute and then stops and comes up with the error code again.
Answer Hello Samantha, This is a dispenser circuit error that occurs if the dispenser motor is not able to be driven to its proper position. You will need to check the mechanical linkage from the dispenser motor to the top of the dispenser. Check Wire Harness connections to the dispenser motor and Central Control Unit (CCU).
