Bennie Hi have a kenmore front loading washer and the bleach, softener and soap does not activate at the right time. The bleach and soap goes directly in to the washer when I put them in the dispenser. I believe the dispenser motor does not work It seems to be in the same position all the time. Could the dispenser acturator assembly be the problem. I have taken the top off and watched it and it never moves from position # 1. Also what do the positions incicate such as 1, 2, 3, AND 4. I know they each represent the bleach, soap, softner and what else can you please help? Thanks Bennie Blackward
