Loretta for Model Number GHW9150PW4 For a while now, my Duet has been dumping the fabric softener in at the beginning of the wash cycle, w/the detergent. Now, it seems that every other load, the detergent isn't getting dispensed into the machine. It's still sitting in the drawer at the end of the load. Could it be the Actuator? Is there any way to test it? I have already cleaned everything and made sure there is no build up of detergents or softeners.
Answer Hello Loretta. Remove the top panel and water the actuator during the cycle and see if it stops at all the stopping points. If so, the water valve is bad.
