Richard H. for Model Number MDB6701AWW My dishwasher quit working the other day whereas I have nothing at the control panel. Nothing lights up as I push them. At first i thought of the door switch and tested them. One is noramlly open and the other seems to be closed whether or not the door is latched. Could this be my problem?
Answer Hello Richard. Yes, it could be. You will need to test and see if there is power to the switches. If so, test and see if there is power at the control board. If not, replace the switch WP99002751. If there is power to the control board, replace the control board WPW10218837. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
