Answer Hello Terry. First check and make sure the door latch WPW10130695 is good and is latching properly. If it is bad, there will be no power at the board. You will need to test and see if your getting power to the control board. If there is power there, you will need to remove the ribbon cable for the control panel and make sure it is clean and dry. If it is good, you may have a bad control board. We will need your serial number to find the correct control board for your model. Hope this helps. Read More...
