Answer

Hello Aaron. 99002628 is the water valve for the unit. If the float is dirty and heavy, it will allow to much water into the tub and will cause it to over fill. If the float is good, the next thing to check is the float switch. If it is turning off power to the valve, but the unit continues to fill, replace the valve. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
