Fred for Model Number MZD2766GEB I have a Maytag "Wide by Side" refrigerator and the water through the door doesn't work. When the switch is pressed, there is a click and the light goes on but no water comes out. There used to be a second click when the water came out but no more second click.
Answer Fred, At the bottom of the door there is a connection for the water line. Disconnect the water line and hit the dispenser and see if water comes out. If water comes out then the issue is the water tube in the door being frozen and will need to be thawed. If not then go to the back of the unit and see if there is 120 vac coming to the water valve when the dispenser is pushed.
