Craig S T for Model Number GY397LXUT1 Have installed the membrane -broiler works, but cannot get oven (bake) to funtion. We push bake @350 and broiler gets hot, but lower oven element will not heat up please help !!! My wife needs to bake.... Thanks!
Answer Craig, You will want to test for voltage at the control board. Check to make sure that there is 240 vac from L1 to Bake when set for the bake cycle. Also if you had to remove the wiring from the control board the double check to make sure that you did not reverse the wires for bake to broil. Read More...
