Right now, if I turn the water supply to the dishwasher on, water starts flowing into the tub. If I press Cancel, it pumps water out, but water continues to flow into the tub, even after the cancel cycle ends. What should I do?
Answer Hello Paul, If sufficient water pressure is to the valve to properly close it, the water valve WP8531669 has failed and will have to be replaced to correct the issue. you should also check the flood switch since this should kick the drain pump on if the water level gets high enough.
