Hello Phil, There are a couple of things that I would suspect. The water valve could be sticking, causing a longer fill than designed. The water pressure could be low enough that if someone is washing their hands or otherwise using the water, there isn't enough water pressure to close the valve. There could be an over soap situation. The bubbles will jump the air gap at the bottom of the door and pop before they hit the floor, appearing to be a simple water leak.
