Carol H for Model Number whirlpool dishwasher 8268909 We are trying to replace the float #8268909. We cannot get it off. Should it come off from under the dishwasher, inside the dishwasher or other?
Answer Carol, The float itself would just pull straight up out of the inner tub of the dishwasher. To remove the float switch, there is a compartment under the unit that houses the float switch that you would remove. This should just be held in by a couple of screws. Read More...
