Emma for Model Number LSQ9544KQ0 My washing machine (17 years old) has problems advancing to the next part of the cycle. I was able to finish a load only by moving the dial to three different cycles (normal, permanent press and delicates) to do the tasks of draining, rinsing and spinning. The washer stopped when going from high to low agitation, and before it would drain. I read that this may be due to the timer switch being broken (although not fully broken as I finally got it to drain and spin using the delicates cycle) or perhaps the lid switch being broken. How can I know which one it is? thanks
Answer Emma, With the timer not advancing the timer would be the most likely cause for this issue. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, July 24, 2018
