Pat A I have an Estate refigerator . Our front door ice dispencer has went crazy. When we shift the control from crushed to regular cubes it continues to give crushed ice .What do we need to do to it ?
Answer Pat, Check the crushed/cube solenoid by the auger motor to make sure that is not stuck in the up position and the ice bin arm is in it properly. If it is stuck then you will want to get it back to the down position. This should correct the issue and if not then the solenoid would be faulty and need to be replaced. Read More...
