Joe G. for Model Number 10658023801 Kenmore Water dispenser is not working. I can reach under the panel and push the switch with my finger and it works. I took the plastic piece off that rocks between the cup and switch. Does not look like any part is broken. It will not make contact with the switch. Metal springs also work okay.
