Markb for Model Number 106.58943801 Strange things happening. Kenmore side by side. Water dispenser stopped working but ice dispenses. Changed filter. Still not working. Changed valve, still no water. Swapped micro switches. Water still out. However water works with filters old and new removed. Anyone ever encounter an issue like this?
Answer Mark, You will want to disconnect the tube at the bottom of the door and check to see if water comes from the water line coming from under the unit. if there is then the door water line is frozen and will need to be thawed.
